SITE REGISTRATION

Much of SmartEstates is available to users without registration, however to use my smartpage you are required to register. So if you are actively looking for property we recommend you register and use my smartpage

Once you have registered and return to SmartEstates my smartpage will be the first page you see. From here you will see up to the last 10 searches you did and are able to instantly repeat them, if properties have been removed or added to our database that match your requirements my smartpage will inform you

If you see a property you wish to save for later reference or have requested information my smartpage will store it for you. You can even arrange viewings of properties online. Another unique feature is the ability to attach notes to properties of interest

MY SMARTPAGE
Below is the main search area. It will contain the last search you undertook, however you can easily change or refine your search criteria whenever you want

Below is the area where properties you have shortlisted or requested information on are saved. You can shortlist an item on a search results page. You can return to the properties full details from here, remove them from your shortlist if no longer of interest or add some personal notes

Upto the last 10 searches you peformed are listed here. To repeat the search click on the button

Click on SmartNotes and a pop-up window will be displayed allowing you to enter notes for that selection, type in your notes then click Save, your comments will now be displayed at the bottom of that selection which you can edit at anytime. You can click Close at any point to close the window without saving your notes

Always remember to use your side scroll bar, due to the amount of information you can store in your my smartpage

MY DETAILS/REGISTRATION
If accessing the site for the first time, click MY DETAILS and you will be prompted to register. Enter your details and you will become a registered user which will allow you to make use of the benefits of my smartpage

You can click MY DETAILS to update your contact information details at any time once you have registered and inform us whether you require information on other goods and services

PAGE CONTENT

The first page you will see when you arrive at SmartEstates is the search page. From here you can serach for property by town or county or select another section of interest on the side menu bar, my smartpage will become your first page once you have registered upon entering the site

Search for Property
To search for property, enter a town or county in the text box then click the button or search by a developer using the drop down menu. You will then be taken to the search results page

You can refine your search by type of property, number of bedrooms, and minimum/maximum prices, press and the refined list of your search will be displayed

Details
Click on the details button and a new page will appear with all the information and images the vendor has supplied. To return to your search click the Back button below the description

Shortlist
Click Shortlist to save an item for future reference. This is only available to registered users

Request Info
If you click request info you will be taken to a page that verifies or asks you to add your contact details in order for information to be forwarded to you. When complete, click the button and your request will be forwarded to the vendor. This service is only available to people who are are registered

Request Viewing
When you see a property of interest click Request viewing. You will then be taken to a page that verifies your contact details. Click the button and your request will be instantly forwarded to the vendor for them to contact you and book a time that is convenient for you, making sure there is somebody available to show you around personally

Request Callback
If you would like someone to contact you regarding a specific item or query click the callback button and someone will contact you

Map Directions
Click on Map Directions for a area location of the current item
